Is there a free trial available?
We don’t offer free trials any more but please read the detailed package descriptions or book a demo call to learn more about our offers and services.
You can always buy without risk as we generally offer a 14-day-no-questions-asked-refund-policy. Hence, you can cancel anytime within the first 3 days after your purchase and we refund the complete amount without any questions asked.
Why is there no single user / seat package?
We do not offer dedicated single user packages since the vast majority of our users operate in teams. However, it is not required to fill all user seats. For example, you can book and use each package also as single user but you still need to pay the full price for all available user seats.
How can I increase the number of users / seats per package beyond the maximum user number?

Why do you offer free Essential package applications only to Startups and Researchers?
Our mission is to promote the bioeconomy and therefore, we like to give Startups and Public Institute / University Researchers as key innovation drivers with limited budgets the exclusive opportunity to showcase their innovations for free in case their yearly application gets accepted.
How does Bioshyft Group earn money?
Mainly via Subscription packages. We generate only a small revenue fraction via advertisement and we do not work on commission basis.
Does Bioshyft Group work on commission basis?
No, Bioshyft Group is not paid on commission basis. It is crucial for us to remain independent.
Is Bioshyft Group an independent platform / company?
Yes, we are 100% independent and do not work on commission basis.
I cannot book a package. What shall I do?
You need to register for free first on Bioshyft before you can book the Essential, Advanced or Premium Package.
